Each session is a blend of gentle walking, guided reflection, and powerful coaching conversation designed to help you release what’s been weighing you down and reconnect with what truly matters.
This isn’t a typical “chatty stroll.”
It’s a mindful, transformative experience, rooted in my background as an Identity and Self Worth Transformation Coach and Trauma-Informed Wellbeing Practitioner.
It’s where nature, movement and coaching meet to help you feel lighter, clearer, and more you again.

We're all walking this path of life with different wants and needs and you may prefer to walk in a group or alone with just me and that's why I offer both as an option.

Comfortable layers and footwear suitable for walking outdoors. Trainers or walking shoes are ideal.
All group walks start and end in Norman Park, in Bromley. You will be given a number of locations to choose for 1:1 walks. You’ll receive all details in your confirmation email.
Approx 2-3 miles for group walks. Private walks are tailored to the individual and fitness. Full details will be shown in your confirmation email.
Because places are limited and preparation goes into each session, refunds aren’t offered once your place is booked. However, in the case of unexpected circumstances or medical emergency, please reach out, so I can reschedule your session.
Not at all. These are gentle walks with space for conversation and reflection, not hikes.
Unless the weather is severe, we’ll still walk. There’s something beautifully grounding about walking in all seasons, but if conditions are unsafe, you’ll be notified and the session will be rescheduled.
Don't worry, life happens! If you’re unable to attend a group session, please let me know as soon as possible. For 1:1 sessions, I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice, so your booking can be rescheduled.
