Do you ever feel like you have your whole world in order when you wear matching underwear?
Wearing the right bra and underwear can make you feel like a new woman and makes a huge difference to your outfit.
Wearing the wrong underwear can ruin an outfit, give us lumps and bumps in all the wrong places and cause us to hate certain parts of our body for no reason.
I've tried so many different types of underwear over the years. Balcony bra or t-shirt bra? Lace or no lace? Black or nude? Thong or knickers? It's a minefield not to mention the yo-yo weight gain with two pregnancies!
Like most things in life, you have to try and test which types of underwear work for you. Once I knew which types of underwear are appropriate for the outfit I had on, I felt so confident and more importantly felt more comfortable.
Now, I have just a few types of underwear that I can not live without because they work with the different clothes and styles that I wear the most.
Tummy Control High Waist Thong
A Cotton Thong
Plain Cotton Knickers
A Waist Length Slip
A Full Length Slip
A T-Shirt Bra
A Strapless Bra
So there you have my 7 essential underwear styles!
I love wearing different coloured lacy numbers too, but these are my desert island picks! I also tend to stick with neutral colours as they're less visible under most fabrics with my skin tone.

Today I will be live in the group discussing underwear as the topic for 'Wardrobe Wednesday'! Don't worry if you read this too late, the replay will be available in the group.
See you there!
We first paid attention to this look on her wedding day, which is no surprise being the most important day of her life and when the entire world stood still! Remember!
I'm talking about her subtle hint to the world that she is her own person, with her own style.
The 'boat-neck' or 'bateau' design gave her wedding dress a slightly off the shoulder look and added an elegant feature to the gown.
Critics are saying that she broke the royal protocol, I'm thinking she probably thought "screw the rules"!
Whatever the reason, Meghan has bared all or shown a subtle hint to her shoulders and neckline on and since her magical wedding day.
So is this her signature look?
Or could it be that she is cleverly highlighting her favourite part to place less emphasis on an area of her body she doesn't love as much?
Whether it is or it isn't, Meghan is clearly comfortable showing this part of her body.
Is it her favourite? Who knows. But, she is certainly owning the look.
So what about you? Which part of your body do you love the most?
I bet you can quickly tell me the parts you don't like! Let's not focus on this as it can put us in a negative place and we're not going there.
Let's focus on the parts you love.
A good first step to loving your body is finding one thing you love about it and loving it hard!
Show it off!
Make it your signature look!
What is the favourite part of your body that you like to show?
Is it your shoulders like Meghan? Your legs like Tina Turner or Carrie Underwood?
When you know the part or parts you love, shopping for clothes becomes so much easier as you will know the looks and pieces you enjoy wearing the most.
Whatever and wherever your favourite part is, find it and own it. Make it yours.
I think Meghan is doing a very good job at owning this look with style, elegance and grace.
