I was asked the other day if women really pay me to be told what to wear.
The short answer? No, they don't!
As women (and men), we want lot's of things! The nice house, a nice car that's reliable too, to be able to travel, a good education for our children, to look good, to name just a few.
But there are 3 things in life that we all really want.
To feel healthier
Have better relationships
How would your life be different with more money, a healthier body and better relationships with family, friends and colleagues?
How will you spend the extra income? Will you feel confident taking part in a charity race or the Mum's race at your child's sports day? Will you look forward to social events and spend more time with your friends and loved ones?
So how does personal styling fit in?
Whether it’s having a professional clear out of your wardrobe and removing the clothes that no longer serve you or a personal shopping session, your confidence will increase, which will then lead to the 3 things that we all want want more of in our lives.
So here's a some quick ways to get them!
Are you looking for a promotion at work or a new career? Or maybe it would be nice to have some extra cash each month.
By dressing for success and allowing your personality to show through what you wear, will increase your confidence and income.
You will respected by those around you and recognised for the hard work you do, where you may have gone unnoticed before.
You may then decide to turn a hobby into a side hustle and make a little extra money each month.
You will soon see the benefits and how your image can change your life and increase your income.
To Feel Healthier
One of the many benefits of personal styling is learning how to dress for your body shape. You will no longer rely on the size in the label or what the scales tell you, as you'll find new ways to compliment your figure with pieces that flatter your body.
When you begin to dress for your body shape, you’ll see the benefits of healthy living.
Once you fall in love with your body again and start wearing clothes that fit like a glove, you won't want to mess that up and will naturally begin to eat healthier and may even begin to exercise.
The new jeans you bought that fit like a glove, won’t feel so comfortable when you’re bloated!
To Have Better Relationships
When you nail your personal style, you exude confidence.
You’ll have the confidence to be yourself, and confident enough to wear brighter colours if you normally don’t, as well as experimenting with patterns and prints, etc.
You’ll be respected more by those around you as you'll begin to vibrate on a higher level.
This increased confidence can improve relationships with your family, your friends and your colleagues. You'll look forward to social events and people will notice the 'new you'.
Because you will have put yourself first and taken care of your image and guess what? You'll begin to love yourself again too.
By falling in love with yourself, will help to find love too.
So when I'm asked the question “Do women really pay you to be told what to wear” the answer is "no". They pay me for the transformation.
They’re not told what to wear, they’re shown how to wear it, how to style it and how their life will change when they have it!
The clothes, whether new ones or being shown how to wear the ones she has, are all part of the process. The transformation leads to more money, to feel healthier and have better relationships.

I know we’ve spent many many years together with some great memories, but it’s time to part company.
I really wish this wasn’t the reason, but I’ve met another wardrobe. One that knows me in and out and brings out the best in me, one that highlights and compliments my good features and conceals the areas I try to hide without me looking like I’m trying too hard.
I know you mean well and have my best intentions at heart, you’re there for me every day, but I just don’t feel myself with you anymore.
I already feel like a new woman since I met a new wardrobe.
I’m more confident every day. I understand it and it me. I know everything about it without asking too many questions. My wardrobe makes me feel and look good. People compliment me now and ask what’s changed.
I know I sound disloyal, but we don’t work well together anymore. I think it's best that we're not seen together either.
We’ve had some amazing times together. Memories of my children when they were small are with you. Past relationships that I wish to forget are with you. I've changed career a few times, but things between us has remained the same. I’m ready for a new start, a new change and unfortunately it doesn’t include you.
I’m sure you’ll make someone else very happy and create lasting memories with them. But for me it’s time to say goodbye.
All the best
